A 19 year old young man with a developmental disability and visual impairment is currently living in a group home. He enjoys being around people and being a part of the group. He needs support with self-care activities routinely. He enjoys listening to music and books on tape, and being read to. He has a good sense of humor. He enjoys going out in the community once he is acclimated to the event (s). The ideal home would have a bedroom on the first floor with a first floor bath, and a yard. The person or family could have older children and an older, mellow dog.
